Thanks [~shv] for the catch! Upload v004 patch.
Investigated the test {{testClientSendsGreaterState}}, it was hanging because
it was deliberately setting client call to have larger id than server and
verify server log prints. With msync, this test no longer makes sense, so I
removed it. Also revised the comments.
