In HDDS-198 we introduced a framework for AuditLogging in Ozone.
We had used StructuredDataMessage for formatting the messages to be logged.
Based on discussion with [~jnp] and [~anu], this Jira proposes to create a
custom message structure to generate audit messages in the following format:
user=xxx ip=xxx op=XXXX_XXXX \{key=val, key1=val1..} ret=XXXXXX
