Thanx [~SoumyaPN] for raising the issue.
The logs were missing for safemode and nameservice were missing have added them.
The first part regarding missing the destination entry name in the add command
logs feels like deliberate might be done to prevent the exposure of the actual
location in the cluster.
Have Uploaded the patch with logs for other commands.
