I removed the 'withkeytest' parameter from the test suite and execute 'Test key
handling' all the time.
I also fixed an other problem: 'Run Keyword and Return If' returned immediately
without invoking the deleteBucket/deleteVolume lines. Now it's fixed.
This improvement helped to identify the bug HDDS-405. Therefore you can expect
green runs only after applying HDDS-405.
