So it seems like increasing the retry number to 10 will increase the overall
timeout to more than 409 minutes, which is way too much. I think there should
be configuration for a maximum delay value in this case. So the the delay can
not be more that that before retrying. I am just not sure how much should be
that value. [~arpitagarwal], [~kihwal], do you have some suggestions on that?
