We will discuss in the meeting tomorrow the delegation token part but I think
this is ready for review.
>From the discussion, the only controversial part is why we need to use
>{{doAs()}} in {{FederationUtil}} to check the JMX.
This part is only needed to get the details of a secured Namenode so the
cluster can operate without the change for now.
Given that, I would remove the changes related to that from
[^HDFS-12284.003.patch] and open a new JIRA to dicuss that.
This will allow us to move forward in the branch and have a working framework
for the DT side.
