Hey [~shv]! I'd certainly like to take a look / review / help.
Seems
TestStateAlignmentContextWithHA.testMultiClientStatesWithRandomFailovers()
failed from timeouts last run.
I'll start with a look there first and then see about resurrecting the
testClientSendsState() test.
