Thanks for reviewing [~xiaochen]!
Most of it was intentional, like instead of defining a new bean, I put the
metric in FSNamesystem, and I didn't keep the default ec policy metrics, but it
would be good to show the enabled policies in the dfshealth, so I will provide
a patch fixing that.
