Thanks for revving Kitti. Additional comments:
- {{getNewDelayBeforeRetry}} can we rename it to maybe
{{calculateDelayForNextRetry}} ? The comments before calling it can move to a
javadoc on the method itself too.
- preexisting but good to fix -
[assertEquals|http://junit.sourceforge.net/javadoc/org/junit/Assert.html#assertEquals(double,%20double)]
requires the expected value to be passed in before 'actual'
