Description:
Ozone shell volume/bucket/key sub-commands are invoked using _ozone oz._
_ozone oz_ sounds repetitive. Instead we can replace it with _ozone sh_.

Ozone shell volume/bucket/key sub-commands are invoked using _ozone oz._
_ozone oz_ sounds repetitive. Instead we can replace it with _ozone fs_. This
is also consistent with _hadoop fs_ which invokes Hadoop filesystem commands.
