Let's suppress ASF license warnings for JVM error files. e.g.
{code}
Lines that start with ????? in the ASF License report indicate files that do
not have an Apache license header:
!????? /testptch/hadoop/hadoop-ozone/integration-test/hs_err_pid4508.log
