'AH' version of script/patch.
Fixes issue with some testcases (ie TestHDFSServerPorts) where the test data
directory is resolved to '/test/..' instead inside the build directory.
The reason is that the 'hadoop.tmp.dir' sys prop was not being set up for
testcases.
