I think this test broke again:
https://builds.apache.org/job/hadoop-qbt-trunk-java8-linux-x86/907/testReport/junit/org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode/TestDataNodeMultipleRegistrations/testDNWithInvalidStorageWithHA/
It times out exactly after 10 seconds so it looks like the wait we added is
messing with it.
The successful run we got was:
