Summary: Fix ozone-secure.robot test

The test need several changes to match with the trunk changes:
1. It is currently located in
hadoop/hadoop-ozone/acceptance-test/src/test/robotframework/acceptance in
HDDS-4 but in a different location on trunk.
2. "ozone sh" instead "ozone fs"
