Committed this to trunk and branch-3.2. Thanks again!
There are some conflicts with earlier branches due to HADOOP-15507 is only in
3.2+. I think we should fix this issue in 3.0+ given even the normal read stats
doesn't work with EC. [~hgadre] feel free to provide a patch if you're
interested.
