This patch will be blocker very soon as all the 'aws s3' commands (or at least
the rm) requires this head operation (and some tests as well).
[~GeLiXin] are you planning to improve it? Would be happy to help if you have
more questions.
BTW: HDDS-585 will handle all the x-amz-request so (6) is not valid any more.
(4) is also invalid, I just realized that the Date header is added by jetty. We
can just remove it from here.
