Thanks [~jnp] for the review. The helper classes ContainerReport and
KeyValueContaineReport are not used anywhere in the code. These might be left
behind after SCM refactoring is done. Removing the files in patch v1.
Fixed the dependency with HDDS-550 as well and submitting it.
