Any User wanting to deploy router 3.1 in their environments will face issue
with start/stop routers.
Current documentation show old way of starting/stopping daemon that doesn't
work.
[hdfs]$ $HADOOP_PREFIX/sbin/hadoop-daemon.sh --script $HADOOP_PREFIX/bin/hdfs
start dfsrouter
Documentation should reflect correct scripts.
