I have figured out the way to inherit WebHDFS configuration. But I'm thinking
if there is a reason we should have a separate config for HttpFS in
httpfs-site.xml, i.e. "HTTPFS_ACL_PERMISSION_PATTERN_DEFAULT" and
"HTTPFS_ACL_PERMISSION_PATTERN_KEY".
