Description:
Write Security Audit Entry to track security tasks performed on SCM, OM and DN.
Tasks:
* Private Keys: bootstrap/rotation
* Certificates: CSR submission, rotation
was:We will need to add API that leverage the key generator from HDDS-100 to
generate public/private key pair for OM/SCM, this will be called by the scm/om
admin cli with "-init" cmd.
