[~giovanni.fumarola] Typically I would like 0 checkstyle violations. But this 
time, those javadoc lines are for ease of developer/user reading the javadocs. 
Fixing the checkstyle will introduce line breaks and the resulting statement 
will not be very comprehensive.

In the past, we skipped such items in other JIRA, let me know what are your 
thoughts here. 

If the reasoning does not make sense, I can fix the checkstyle issues. Thanks 
for reviewing.
