If we could defer the auditmsg creation further down the AUDIT class, the
conditional log could cover the READ/WRITE MARKER use case as well, e.g., if
READ/INFO is disabled but WRITE/INFO is enabled, we should create the auditmsg
only for WRITE/INFO.
