After configuring in NamenodeHeartbeatService, we don't need to set the value
for HADOOP_SECURITY_SERVICE_USER_NAME_KEY in SecurityConfUtil class. It will
take the key by default.
Before the changes, need to set the conf in SecurityConfUtil class explicitly.
Please check the latest patch once.
