A couple comments on [^HDFS-13869-HDFS-13891.009.patch]:
* {{testRouterMetricswhenDisabled()}} should be
{{testRouterMetricsWhenDisabled()}}.
* Can we use intercept in {{testRouterMetricsWhenDisabled()}}?
* I don't think there are changes in {{testRouterIDInRouterRpcClient()}}; can
we leave it as it was?
