One minor doubt here :

Similar to Standby NameNode, Observer NameNode keeps itself
+update-to-date regarding the namespace and block location information.

Should this be *update-to-date* or *up-to-date*

+ haadmin -transitionToObserver

I guess since there is an inclusion in haadmin command.We should add entry in
HDFSCommands.md too in the haadmin section.
