Thanks for working on this [~nilotpalnandi].
1) please add the ASF license to __init.py__ files.
2) cluster.py 37, 41, 52, 61, the lines are more than 80 characters.
3) conftest.py, 23, 26, 29, 45, 58, 60, the lines have more than 80 characters.
4) test_blockade.py, 37, more than 80 characters in the line.
