I think there is no option for output,
I have tried running the command, this is how it works.

hadoop@3c56c2c5d72b:~$ ozone genconf /tmp
ozone-site.xml has been generated at /tmp

And also could you provide more information about options, and if possible
usage of it, so that it will be easy for users to use it.
