Thanks for the patch.
*Few minor NIT:*
can we change the table name to s3SecretTable to be consistent with other table
naming?
Now instead of Table<byte[], byte[]> we can use TypedTable refer HDDS-748 and
HDDS-864.
I think that is missing in the HDDS-4 branch, and we can do that in further
Jira HDDS-938 where we actually use this table.
