Thanks [~elgoiri] and [~ayushtkn] for the review.
[^HDFS-14209-HDFS-13891.003.patch] has taken care of all the review comments.
[~ayushtkn] reason behind the separate calls for two directories was to
separate out the mount-directory and the sub-directory for easy understanding
but mount table entry is clearing that also , so now changed to one call.
And regarding the number 15 and 16 , that was my bad i missed during the
rebase:P. Nice observation(y)
