The krb5 image based on a base image which is no longer available from dockerhub

I propose to switch to openjdk:8u191-jdk-alpine3.8 but it should be tested with
the acceptance test suite (A java base image is required as the issuer
application creates keystores/truststores on the fly with the help of java
keytool.
