Checking [^HDFS-14254-HDFS-13891.000.patch], I guess this is not related to
HDFS-14210 after all; I think this is more straightforward than those.
A couple comments:
* {{FederationUtil#222}} should actually be {{FederationUtil#221}}; right now
is pretty much repeated.
* We should add a period at the end of the new javadoc parameter
{{FederationUtil#215}}.
* Can we add a unit test for this?
[~ayushtkn] you worked on this in HDFS-14085; can you take a look?
