[~elek] I am +1 on the changes, but this patch does not apply cleanly. There
is a conflict in {{protocolPB/OzoneManagerProtocolClientSideTranslatorPB.java
}}. Can you please rebase and then commit. Please don't wait for another +1, it
is a minor conflict, so please go ahead and commit.
