Hi [~surendrasingh], thanks for posting this. Re [^HDFS-14263.001.patch] , we
can skip the check for {{ProvidedReplica}}. it can just be the null check.
Ideally, there shouldn't be anything special we do for {{ProvidedReplica}}.
