Thanks [~szetszwo] and [~xyao] for the great suggestion. I uploaded 02 patch.
Here is the change list,
# removes the lock on NetworkToplogy
# NodeImpl and InnerNodeImpl become thread safe
# add concurrent access network topology unit test
# add NodeSchemaLoader and NodeSchemaManager unit test
The total test coverage now is class(100%), method(97%) and line(90%).
