This is running the HDFS tests because of the change in the documentation.
Unfortunately, the HDFS unit tests are very flaky lately...
Anyway the failures are not related.
I tested this in our internal deployment and seems to work fine (including the
wiring).
Is there anybody available for review?
This is somewhat related to HDFS-14161 and HDFS-14230.
I modified the client to directly process ConnectException instead of mapping
it to Standby and then retrying internally.
