I think this can go before we work on other chill mode patches or let chill
mode redesign work be completed, and we can do this change at the end. (I think
the redesign might take another week to get these changes in, as they need to
be done a review (as now HDDS-1196 got review today), fix review comments and
commit it)
And as this change is involved lot of classes, this might be needed again a
rebase, as the code is changing very fastly. So, I feel let's wait for the
chill mode redesign to be completed.
