[~elek] / [~arpitagarwal] ignore the last patch changes, although it is
definite optimization, it will not work as intended since the reported metrics
would be historical since last jvm restart vs a refreshed snapshot. Actually,
that is what the SCMMXBean did too, and it makes sense for the total open /
closed containers, I am not too sure about quasi-closed and closing states.
