Since HDDS-1263 is also merged to 0.4.0, this should also be targeted for 0.4.0
or we have to revert HDDS-1263 from branch 0.4.0.
Since HDDS-1263 changes the behavior of list call, the behavior/output of ozone
shell and OzoneFS will be inconsistent.
