[~csun] v009 patch looks pretty good to me. Thanks for the effort! I wonder
though, about #2 change, is this change necessary? it seems this is change is
from HDFS-13676 in trunk, why do we need to include this change here?
Similarly, #4 seems from HDFS-9533 in trunk. Also, original patch broke several
things as mentioned in HDFS-6440 JIRA, do we plan to address separately?
