In this yetus run most of the tests failed during MiniOzoneCluster Start where
DN start failed due to bind Exception during Ratis Server start. Because of
this during tearDown() when cluster shutDown() we see some NPE's.
Raised HDDS-1331 to fix NPE's. But why it caused bind Exception during DN start
still need to look in.
I will commit this patch shortly. As no more review comments from others.
