Thanks [~umamaheswararao] for the review comments. I have attached another
patch addressing the same.
Note: I have moved TestFsDatasetCache to
{{org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode.fsdataset.impl}} to avoid making
{{CacheStats}} public.
