Will create a new Jira to handle getDelegationToken() I think to make this work
it requires client and OM end changes. As the token service name we use
ipaddress,port. When HA we need to change the dtService. And also with the
current approach hot getRemoteUser() call will work with HA, when the request
is passed to non-leader OM and how that works also need to taken care.
