As I said, we need a full design docs.
This should include other possible solutions:
* Modifying the RPC protocol itself to add a proxied host or similar; this is
similar to what we do with {{Server#getRemoteUser()}}.
* Extend {{UserGroupInformation}} to include the proxied host.
* Modify the ClientProtocol (as proposed here).
