[~fengnanli] I have pushed the lost commit back.
For the rebase to work, Force Push needs to work, for which they require
confirmation from PMC, After that it can be rebased easily, as per
INFRA-18277.
[~elgoiri] [~ajisakaa] Can you confirm them?
