[~ebadger] On the mailing thread, [~ste...@apache.org] suggested to use "dist"
profile. Everyone agreed on optional profile, hence I created docker profile.
My mistake was not using dist profile. There was no one disputed against using
dist profile and I filed YARN-9523 to correct that mistake. I think
reiteration to make docker profile as dist profile is a good correction toward
the agreed end goal.
