wip-001 patch:
RouterRpcServer#getLocationsForPath has {{failIfLocked}} argument but now it is
not used. After this patch, as the JavaDoc says, the method throws IOException
with a useful message when {{failIfLocked}} is true and the path is a top mount
point.
Before this patch, some edit operations such as mkdir/setPermission/setOwner to
a top mount point do not fail, but after the patch, they throw IOException.
Some unit tests that rely on the previous behavior are failing after this
patch, so we need to fix the tests if we are going to make this kind of change.
Any thoughts?
