I don't think this is skipping it.
It is catching the exception and failing it.
The advantage is that it shows an easier to parse exception and not the huge 
timeout from the typical waitFor.
So the approach here is to wait until we actually have the resources instead of 
letting it try and fail.
If after 100 seconds, we cannot get it, it will still fail.
