Well if it is a never ever scenario for observer, Probably please change the
description to something {{Observer shouldn't participate in failover}} or
something like that. What this JIRA does actually.
If [~brahmareddy] is in agreement. I am more than happy. A UT can be extended
for for this.
Well this connect Exception failure stuff in multiple namenodes still stays in
my head, it doesn't block here so you may go ahead, Will discuss this with my
people, Will let you know if I get something. :)
