Description:
when a new snapshot is created, the snapshotCounter would increment, but when a
snapshot is deleted, the snapshotCounter would not decrement. Over time, when
the snapshotCounter reaches the MaxSnapshotID, the new snapshot cannot be
created.
By the way, How can I reset the snapshotCounter?
