Jira title has this description.
Rename k8s-dev and k8s-dev-push profiles to docker-build and docker-push
As the commit message is having docker, it might be confusing. But jira and
jira description has mentioned that to rename it to docker-build.
Let me know if you want this to be changed to docker instead of
docker-build? I can open a new jira for that.
